Cooling buttermilk with ginger and coriander

Ingredients:
1 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup water
1/2 inch ginger peeled
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp corainder chopped
Method:
Add all the ingredients into the blender and blitz until smooth. Serve chilled.
