Chicken dumpling filling

Ingredients for the filling:
Servings: 2 -3 people
Mince chicken 500g
2-3 stalks of spring onion finely chopped
1-2 teaspoon of minced ginger
2-3 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 of a small cabbage finely chopped
1 teaspoon white pepper
1-2 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Dumpling wrappers store -bought or freshly made.
Method:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients mentioned making sure the seasoning is distributed evenly throughout the filling.
Assemble the dumpling into your desired shape
Steam, boil, or pan-fry the dumplings until fully cooked, then serve with your preferred dipping sauce.
Additional notes:
For Pan-fry, heat a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the dumplings in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden. Add a splash of water (about 1/4 cup), cover the pan, and let the dumplings steam for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
